What is performance coaching?

Performance coaching is a powerful sustainability tool that supports lasting behavior change no matter the goal. This type of coaching is unique because it is multidimensional and addresses the Body, Mind, and Spirit. Our performance coaches are your accountability partners to create meaningful change in your personal and professional lives with a certified, confidential support system - no matter the goal.

Who are our coaches? Our coaches are certified professional coaches who are highly dynamic and have decades of experience in all areas of leadership, industry, and all organizational levels. Our coaching team for City of Turlock has a diverse background of experience as personal trainers, dietitians, well-being experts, executive leadership, sales training, HR, inclusion excellence, and more.

How do I sign up?
